At Onshore Electrical Solutions, we’ve built a reputation for honest service, expert advice and high-quality electrical work across Port Lincoln, the Eyre Peninsula, and Adelaide. We’re a family-owned and operated business, proudly servicing South Australian homes, businesses and industries since 2014.

Led by a team with over 50 years of combined trade experience, we work across residential, commercial, industrial and marine projects, offering everything from simple installs to large-scale site work, compliance reporting, and control systems.

  • Yes, we offer 24/7 emergency electrical callouts. For an urgent electrical issue, call 0488 068 779 rather than sending an online enquiry. Let us know your location and what has happened so we can discuss the next steps and availability. If there is a fire or immediate danger, call 000.

  • The cost depends on the work involved, materials, access and your location. Request a free quote through our Contact page, or call 0488 068 779 to discuss your job. Include your suburb, a description of the work and any relevant photos so we can understand what’s needed. Some jobs may require an on-site assessment before we can provide an accurate quote.

  • A tripping safety switch can indicate a faulty appliance or a problem with the wiring. If it keeps tripping or won’t reset, contact a licensed electrician to find the cause. Don’t repeatedly reset it, bypass the switch or attempt electrical repairs yourself. Onshore can investigate the fault and advise on the repairs needed.

  • A circuit breaker protects electrical wiring and equipment against overloads and short circuits. A safety switch, also called an RCD, detects current leakage and quickly disconnects the supply to reduce the risk of electric shock. Some devices combine both functions. If you’re unsure what protection your property has, we can inspect your switchboard and explain your options.

  • Yes. Our team works across commercial fit-outs and maintenance, industrial installations, mine sites, control systems and marine electrical projects. Marine services include vessel rewiring, battery and charging systems, fault finding and scheduled servicing.
